Personality or Mental state: ...In question. He doesn't talk much and he is without a face capable of determinable expressions.

He possesses a strong, yet quiet hate for Starscream, his commander and many of his fellow soldiers. Part of his robotic demeanor entails that he dislikes anything that isn't efficient. He also feels cross toward those who don't give any loyalty to the true commanding word of the Decepticons, Lord Megatron.

He also seems to be a bit of a robo-sexist. To him, the aspect of Femms are like a glitch in the system; an unidentifiable abstract which holds no purpose for the glory of conquest. Soldiers are soldiers, Robots are robots, and an imperfect system something he must forever abide.


Weapons:

(In robot mode) Twin hand-held autocannons, Energon swords, and missiles.

(In bomber mode) Machine gun, Missiles, Carpet bomb and a 10-Megaton Nuclear bomb.

Other:

*In bomber mode, Protocol is completely invisible to radar, making him an excellent spy. This would also prove useful for surprise attacks.

*Protocol's 'Hammer-down' nuke can only be used when the mission commander permits it and gives him the word. The nuclear strike and carpet bomb can only be used once per mission. They must be re-stocked and reloaded after a mission.
